Terms and Conditions – pk2cars Gaming Platform Rules

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing pk2cars and creating an account, you enter into a binding agreement with pk2cars under these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply in full from the moment your account is created and continue for as long as your account remains open.

If you are accessing pk2cars on behalf of someone else or have allowed another person to use your account, you remain fully responsible for compliance with these terms. Account sharing is not permitted — each account is personal and must belong to one individual only.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all product categories on pk2cars including sports betting, cricket markets, fish games, live casino, slots, and any future products added to the platform.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use pk2cars you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

You must be at least 18 years of age. pk2cars does not accept registrations from persons under 18 under any circumstances.
You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or on behalf of any third party.
You must not already hold an active account on pk2cars. Each person is permitted one account only.
You must provide accurate, complete and current information at registration. Providing false details is grounds for account closure.
You must not be self-excluded from pk2cars or have previously been excluded and had that exclusion removed without completing the required process.

pk2cars reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. Accounts that cannot be verified to our satisfaction may be suspended or closed. Any funds in a fraudulently opened account will be subject to review before release.

Attempting to open multiple accounts — including using different names, email addresses or payment methods — is a serious violation of these terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any bonus balances.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals in PKR

All transactions on pk2cars are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion. Your account balance is held and displayed in PKR at all times.

Supported deposit and withdrawal methods currently include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfers, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets as made available on the platform. The availability of specific payment methods may change and will be reflected in your account's deposit and withdrawal section.

Deposits are typically reflected in your account balance promptly after processing by the payment provider.
Withdrawals are processed according to the timelines set out in your account. VIP members may benefit from prioritised processing.
You may only withdraw funds to a payment method that belongs to you personally. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
pk2cars reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation before processing large withdrawals.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within your account at the time of transaction.

Any deposit made to your pk2cars account that cannot be matched to a valid payment method registered to you may be held pending verification. pk2cars is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, banking systems or mobile wallet processing times.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

pk2cars offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, and eligible product restrictions. The terms of each individual promotion are published alongside that promotion and form part of these overall Terms and Conditions.

Welcome bonuses apply to your first qualifying deposit only and cannot be claimed more than once per player.
Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
Bonuses may be restricted to specific products. A cricket betting bonus, for example, may not count towards wagering when used on fish games or slots unless explicitly stated otherwise.
pk2cars reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotion at any time. Players with active wagering in progress at the time of cancellation will be assessed individually.
Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to bonus hunting, low-risk hedging strategies or opening multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account closure.

5 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on pk2cars covers cricket including PSL, T20 internationals, ODIs and Test matches, along with football, esports and other markets. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform:

All bets are accepted subject to the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds can change at any time before a bet is placed.
In-play bets are accepted during live events subject to market availability. pk2cars is not liable for delays in live data feeds that may affect in-play bet acceptance.
Bets on events that are cancelled or abandoned will be voided and the stake returned to your account unless the specific market rules state otherwise.
Cricket bets follow standard cricket betting rules. A match that is reduced in overs due to weather is not automatically void — settlement depends on whether a result was officially declared.
Accumulator bets require all selections to win for the bet to return a profit. One void selection in an accumulator reduces the bet by that leg; it does not void the entire accumulator unless only one selection remains.
pk2cars reserves the right to void any bet where an obvious pricing error was made. You will be notified and your stake refunded in such cases.
Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per event. These are displayed in your account and may vary by sport and market.

Any attempt to exploit errors in odds, use automated betting software, or coordinate betting patterns to manipulate outcomes is a violation of these terms and will result in immediate account review and possible closure.

6 Fish Games and Casino Products

Fish games, live casino, slots and all other casino-format products on pk2cars are governed by the individual game rules displayed within each game interface. These general terms apply across all casino products:

All game outcomes are generated by certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer processes. pk2cars does not influence game outcomes.
In the event of a disconnection during a fish game or live casino round, the game result will be determined by the server-side record. Your balance will be updated accordingly once the round is settled.
Fish game sessions run on a credit system. Credits are deducted at the point a game round is initiated, not at the point of outcome.
Live casino games are streamed from third-party studio providers. Occasional interruptions due to streaming or connectivity issues are outside pk2cars' direct control. Interrupted rounds are settled based on server records.
Slot return-to-player (RTP) percentages are provided by game suppliers and are based on long-term statistical averages, not individual session guarantees.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pk2cars. Engaging in any of these will result in account suspension, cancellation of bets and bonuses, and may result in permanent account closure:

Opening more than one account per person.
Using another person's identity, payment method or account details.
Attempting to manipulate game or betting outcomes through collusion, match-fixing information, or insider knowledge.
Using automated bots, scripts or any software to place bets or interact with the platform without human action.
Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors for financial gain. Any such gains will be reversed.
Engaging in money laundering or using pk2cars to process funds derived from illegal activity.
Providing false or misleading information at registration or during any identity verification process.
Attempting to reverse deposits after placing bets using those funds (chargeback fraud).

pk2cars cooperates fully with lawful requests from financial institutions and relevant authorities regarding suspected fraud or misuse. Accounts under investigation may be frozen pending the outcome of that review.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

pk2cars reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
Failure to complete identity or payment verification when requested.
Suspected fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity.
Account inactivity for a prolonged period as defined in your account settings.
Player-requested self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming policy.

Where an account is closed due to a terms violation, any bonus balance will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned after a compliance review, provided no fraud or chargeback issues are identified. pk2cars will communicate the reason for account closure where it is safe and appropriate to do so.

Players who close their own accounts voluntarily are entitled to withdraw their verified real-money balance. Withdrawal requests made at the time of account closure are processed under normal withdrawal timelines.

9 Responsible Gaming

pk2cars is committed to providing a responsible entertainment environment. The platform is for adults only and is intended as a form of entertainment, not a source of income. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all members:

Deposit limits — Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps to manage your spending.
Session time reminders — Receive notifications after a set period of play to help you keep track of time.
Cooling-off periods — Take a short break of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days without permanently closing your account.
Self-exclusion — Request a longer exclusion period of 6 months or more. Self-exclusion is enforced immediately and cannot be reversed before the exclusion period ends.

These tools apply equally to all account tiers including VIP members. Having a higher VIP status does not override or bypass any responsible gaming limit you have set for yourself. 10 Privacy and Data

pk2cars collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

Your personal data is used to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity and communicate with you about your account and promotions.
pk2cars does not sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Data shared with payment processors such as JazzCash and Easypaisa is limited to what is necessary to complete your transaction.
You have the right to request a copy of the data we hold about you. Contact our support team to make a data request.
Account data is retained for a period required by our compliance obligations after account closure.

11 Limitation of Liability

pk2cars provides the platform on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, errors or technical faults at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect access to some or all platform services.

pk2cars is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, slow loading, data feed delays or any technical issue outside our direct control.
We are not responsible for losses arising from a player's failure to log out of a shared device, compromised login credentials, or unauthorised access to an account where the player has not notified us promptly.
pk2cars' total liability to any individual player for any claim is limited to the verified real-money balance in that player's account at the time the claim arises.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12 Changes to Terms and Conditions

pk2cars may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

For significant changes that materially affect player rights or obligations, pk2cars will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the contact details held on their account. However, it is each player's responsibility to review these terms periodically and remain aware of the current version.

If you do not accept any revised terms, you should close your account and withdraw your balance before the changes take effect. Questions about these terms can be directed to our support team via the contact details in your account dashboard.
